Prepare your next contribution
Clear instructions, complete declarations and an anonymous manuscript.
Two files, one complete submission
Prepare a separate title page and an anonymous manuscript in DOCX format. The title page includes the full title, author names, affiliations, country, corresponding email and ORCID where available. The reviewer file must omit identifying names, acknowledgements, file properties and revealing self-citations. Do not remove essential scholarly references; phrase self-reference neutrally.
Titles, abstracts and keywords
Provide titles and abstracts in English and Spanish. Proposed abstract length: 150–250 words per language, with 4–6 keywords. State purpose, methods, main findings and contribution without unsupported claims. A translated title does not alter the original bibliographic title of an already published work.
Structure and reporting
Research papers normally include introduction, objectives, methods, results, discussion, limitations, conclusions and references. Reviews describe their question, search approach and selection criteria. Select a reporting guideline appropriate to the study design when applicable. Number tables and figures, explain units and captions, and supply legible source files.
References, data and reproducibility
Use a consistent field-appropriate reference style such as APA 7 or IEEE; include existing identifiers and verify each reference. Provide a data/code availability statement. Share materials in a suitable repository where possible; where privacy, consent or intellectual property prevents access, explain the restriction and any controlled-access route.
Declarations and final checks
Include contributions, funding, conflicts of interest, research approvals, consent where relevant, originality, agreement of all authors and AI-use disclosure. Confirm that no simultaneous submission exists. Secure permissions for third-party materials. Fees and licensing terms must be communicated by the office before processing; consult the transparency page for unresolved operating information.
