IJSTIR-ESNE — Submission preparation checklist
1. Verify scope and article type.
2. Prepare a separate title page: title, authors, affiliations, countries, corresponding email and ORCID where available.
3. Prepare an anonymous DOCX manuscript and remove identifying file properties.
4. Include English and Spanish title, abstract (proposed: 150–250 words each) and 4–6 keywords.
5. Describe methods, data, analysis, limitations and reproducibility.
6. Verify references and existing DOI links; do not generate identifiers.
7. Confirm all authors agree, no simultaneous submission exists, and necessary permissions are secured.
8. Prepare contributions, funding, conflicts, ethical approval/consent, data/code and AI-use declarations.
9. Confirm official editorial contact, fee schedule and license before submitting.
10. Attach files manually to your email and request an acknowledgement with identifier and date.
